Do credits expire? Subscription credits refresh with each billing cycle. Credits from one-time packs sit in a separate bonus balance and stay available after your cycle renews.

Refunds: unused credit-pack purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase. If a payment was duplicated, credits did not arrive, or a subscription did not activate, contact us and we will make it right — full policy in the Terms.
